鈼?nbsp;Introduction
CIM-3101PMD Permanent Magnets Fast Measurement Device can fast measure the remanence Br, coercivity Hcb and maximum magnet energy product BHm of permanent magnets. It can test without outside magnetic field source and will not change the magnetic status of samples, which can effectively avoid the irreversible loss of NdFeB magnetic steel caused by magnetization and demagnetization during testing.
CIM-3101PMD Permanent Magnets Fast Measurement Device can test samples with the shape of cube/cuboid, tile with radial magnetizing, cylinder and ring with radial magnetizing (two poles magnetization). It fill in and take out sample by manual, when the sample is fixed, it can be automatically transported for testing, which improves the test efficiency, especially suitable for fast batch test of tile and irregular samples.
It has the embedded industrial control system, which is low power consumption, and high stability, with the function of data record, and the effective saved data can be 100000 groups which are transported by RS232C.
鈼?nbsp;System Composition and Main Hardware Parameters
CIM-3101PMD Permanent Magnets Fast Measurement Device is mainly composed of transmission mechanism, sample holding mechanism, X axial probe detection mechanism and sensor.
1. Transmission Mechanism
To make sure the stability and reliability of the total system, the device has XW two axial transmission mechanism, embedded transmission mechanism and abnormal status treatment system.
The system will automatically conduct the hardware self-inspection when it is power on, and display the device status by the LCD screen of the machine. Meanwhile XW axis automatically back to the zero point to make sure the consistency of measure fixture and probe position.
W axis adopts pneumatic rotating platform, the status of it can be monitored by sensor, to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of test results.
2. Sample Holding Mechanism
The Standard fixture is suitable for the tile components measurement with thickness less than 6mm and height is less than 70mm. The fixture can be customized according to the external features of sample and test requirements.
3. X axial Probe Detection Mechanism
X axial probe mechanism is composed of X, Z adjust slipway (adjust range is 卤12.5mm), X axial probe driver air cylinder and probe.
4. Sensor
There are 5 groups of sensor installed in the middle of platform, it can be used to monitor the movement status of test platform, each group of sensors are used to detect the current action is put in place or abnormal.

The main interface is as follows during testing.
The above parts are mainly measured values:
Right above <Br >: remanence of sample, units are T or Gs.
Right above <Hcb>: coercivity of sample, units are Oe or A/m.
Right above <BHm>: magnetic energy product of sample, units are Gs*Oe or J/m^3.

<Sample index>: select serial number of sample parameter, here is UC1.
<NdFeB>: material of sample, here is NdFeB.
