There isn't much to tinker with in The Lost Ark. But that doesn't mean that finding the right ingredients to cook with isn't important. You can cook a variety of meals to increase your stats. However, most of the ingredients are used to complete the adventure book for each continent.
The ingredients for Artthetine cooking recipes are a real smorgasbord. Luckily, none of them are very expensive or require a lot of luck to get all the
lost ark cheap gold you need. But you must collect ingredients in two dungeons, find the elusive wandering merchant, and buy crystals in a complicated menu that's prone to error. Let's take a look at the list of clues and locations below.
The wonders of Bergstrom

To complete this recipe you must clear the dungeon of Dr. Enter Bergstrom's lab in Totrich. Once inside (regardless of difficulty) you'll immediately see a large machine with several large test tubes on the right. On its south side is a mococo seed - and on the other side is Bergstrom's yellow potion.

Continue the path through the dungeon after completing the quest. You'll loop around the east side before heading north-west back to where you started. You will now make a similar loop in the northern part of the dungeon through the biology lab and the power core room. Just before you reach the power core, there's an unnamed room. If you enter the area from the north, you'll see some shelves on the southeast side with documents on the top shelf and gears on the bottom shelf. Examine here to find Bergstrom's invisibility potion.
Place both potions in your inventory and head to the cooking droid in front of the Neria Tavern in the Stern Origins area. Exchange two potions for 1700 silver coins and the master chef will prepare you the Bergstrom potion you need. Once you have it, you can add it to your adventure book by simply right-clicking it in your inventory.
Boost Liquid Soup

You must purchase an "Adrenaline Boosting Liquid" from the itinerant merchant Knox for 777 silver coins. As with all wandering merchants in The Lost Ark, you must time your encounter with him. He will be at the following locations at the following times, staying there for 25 minutes at a time (please note that these times are AM and PM in your server's time zone).
Scraplands (near the sentry post): 12:30
Nebelhorn (at Nebelhorn Lab Triport): 2:30
Windbringer Hills (near the sentry post): 5:30
Totrich (at Clockwork Square Triport): 6:30
Riza Falls (near Whirlpool Observatory): 8:30
Arid Trail (near Lupen Port Triport): 9:30
You'll know if you're arriving at the right time because Nox is easy to spot on your map when you arrive in Triport (it shows up as a gray icon that looks like a wheel). Once you've acquired the Adrenaline Booster, take it to the cook outside of Neria's Tavern in Stern. The robot turns them into a soup with Boosting Fluid for 1,400 silver coins.

In Origins of Stern, go to the Market District Triport and then north to Neria's Tavern. Immediately to the left of the entrance to the tavern you will find the merchant Marlena, who trades in cooking ingredients. She only sells one item - Cykin Combat Ration Type A - for 30,000 silver coins. Purchase a copy and right-click to add it to your adventure book.
